Classic Mustard Sauce
What’s ham without a classic mustard sauce? Simply put - just boring old ham!
This recipe is as easy and classic as it gets - enjoy :)!
Classic Mustard Sauce
Special Note: It takes only a few minutes but ABSOLUTELY sir continuously while thickening over heat…otherwise eggs could curdle…
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1c white sugar
2/3c white vinegar
4Tbsp dry mustard (I use Coleman’s)
Instructions:
Add eggs in small saucepan and beat with a whisk (or a fork).
Add sugar, vinegar and dry mustard.
Stir to combine and, while continuously stirring, bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Enjoy at any temperature :)!!
