Four Seed Cookies

Special Note: Use any combination of seeds but make certain they are fresh. It’s easy to make only a half batch. In fact, the pictures below are of a half batch.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 1c butter

  • 11/4c packed brown sugar

  • 1/2c sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • tbsp milk

  • 2tsp vanilla extract

  • 13/4c flour

  • 1tsp baking soda

  • 1/2tsp salt

  • 21/2c oats

  • 3c any combination of flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

  • 1/2c golden raisins or craisins

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Beat Butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy.

  3. Add eggs, milk and vanilla to above, beat well.

  4. Combine flour, baking soda and salt and add to above, combine.

  5. Stir in oats, seeds and raisins.

  6. Bake approx. 8 - 9 minutes for soft chewy medium sized cookies.
